GTA: Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories have been rated by the ESRB for the PlayStation 4 recently. It should surprise no-one that their actual rating hasn't changed from that of the originals, and the ports will still be rated M for mature. The GTA "stories" sub-series during the 3D era were originally PlayStation Portable exclusives
Outside of obvious graphical differences, the two versions of Liberty City found in GTA 3 and GTA 4 look so different because they exist in separate timelines within the GTA series . The Liberty City seen in GTA 3 and Liberty City Stories is part of the "3D Universe," which includes San Andreas , Vice City, and Vice City Stories .

It's no secret how successful the Grand Theft Auto games have become since the GTA III on the PS2. Liberty City Stories is in fact the seventh instalment in the GTA series and is available on both the PS2 and the PSP, where it is the best selling game of all time for the handheld.
Why is GTA Liberty City Stories so underrated? It's my favourite 3D GTA (IV & V being HD rather than 3D). I love the Sicilian mafia storyline. There's a sense of progression with Toni becoming a made man. It fleshes out Salvatore Leone from San Andreas. Imo it's like a big budget GTA III.
I'd check gamestop or look online for a physical copy of episodes of liberty city it'll cost a lot less than purchasing both episodes for 40$. However both episodes are still on the xbox marketplace but you must own gta iv to buy them. To access the marketplace on 360 hit the select button its the two squares button on xbox one.
