The code P1646 was easy enough to attain and then just change the item for a new one. But P1646 related to sensor 1 bank 1 in the manifold (pre CAT), which you say has been renewed. P0037 relates to sensor 2 bank 1; that is the same bank of the V6 engine but the one in the CAT (down stream).
