For the time being, 64bits is not required at all (ATS or ETS2) for anyone only using the base game (no mods). Even then, SCS said they were only now reaching the limit of 32bits. ATS is on the verge to be 64bits only but the 32bits is still there as a courtesy. ETS2 has so much more player that it will keep the 32bits for a very long time.
1: Find your XP value in cheat engine. 2: Do any small job and you'll get some XP. 3: Enter your new XP in Cheat engine and select next scan. 4: You'll now have few data entries, one of them is XP DWORD data so change them all or do one by one to see which one it is. To see new XP just close and open menu to refresh the data. It's under one of the top tabs. You will see a check box that says "Use 900 degree rotation" which is checked off for some reason by default. When you check that, a slider that adjust the deg of rotation will pop up. The trucks in ETS2 do not use 900 degrees of rotation. Set that slider to 796 and you're good.
